Accounts Payable Assistant

SJR is now hiring a driven Accounts Payable Assistant for our client, a large company with an office in Liljeholmen. The assignment starts in early March and is initially for 6 months with employment at SJR and a chance for extension thereafter. The company applies a hybrid setup where you are expected to work on-site at the office three days a week, the remaining time you can work from home if you wish.

About the Role

In this role, you will strengthen our client's finance team during a period when they are undergoing a major ERP transition from Navision to NetSuite. You will be an important part of a team of three and work in an environment characterized by change, development, and high pace. The role suits you who thrives in a dynamic everyday life where both structure and flexibility are needed, and where you can actively contribute to the work around the system transition.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire flow within accounts payable
• Work with invoice flows (AP)
• Matching, coding, and approval management
• Conduct supplier payments
• Perform reconciliations and ongoing accounts management

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with experience in traditional accounts payable work and who is confident in the entire process. You have preferably worked in Navision before and thrive in environments where systems and workflows are changing. If you also have experience with system transitions or implementations, that is a big plus. You work meticulously, efficiently, and are used to having many points of contact within the organization.
